Trade show displays

If you are having a business, I believe that doing an exhibition/convention or joining a trade show/fair is a good way to make your business more well-known and then you can expand your market more and get more profit from that. But doing an exhibition or join in a trade fair is not an easy task, especially when you have to think of the materials and peripherals that you have to display in the stall/booth. So let me explain a bit about  some stuff that you have to know regarding exhibition equipments/peripherals so you can have better preparation.

Decorative Truss

The first one is the trade show displays. This is used for exposing your products or services to the audiences. It consists of the physical screens, banners and other paraphernalia used to fill the booth. The displays vary greatly in size, shapes, surfaces, cost and complexity, but all are designed to visually represent a specific interest. Companies should prepare the trade show displays well to be able to attract the attention of visitors and attendees. Trade show displays usually use bold images and catch phrases, in an attempt to lure attendees to their exhibit space, so that they can give a sales pitch or hand out brochures. Nowadays companies usually prefer portable displays that pop up and are ready in a few minutes.

Logo Floor Mats

The second one is decorative truss.  At the truss you can hang your advertising graphics and banners. So it is better to find a customized made truss to fit your booth format and condition. The next one is logo floor mats. The logo or message of your business/company is printed big and bold on the mat and usually the mat come in larger size. So by using this mat at the entry of your booth will give a strong and interesting feeling to advertise your business.

Exhibit Booth

The last thing that I will explain here is the exhibit booth itself. Most booth nowadays are not made by wood anymore, because it’s quite heavy and hard to construct. So pipe and drape are mostly used now as the construction materials. This booths will define the section of flooring for your trade shows. So it must be constructed well enough in terms of construction and also interesting enough to get attention of the visitors. And one more thing it must be built to provide available space for all the displays you have and also still give convenient space to the visitors and keepers of your booth.

There is an entire industry built around the design and sale or renting of trade show displays. Many companies that sell/rent trade show displays have elaborate showrooms in major cities, and other companies sell displays over the internet without a showroom. Typically a trade show display company will specialize in one type of trade show display. Internet companies tend to specialize in modular, portable, and hybrid trade show displays, while companies with large showrooms typically specialize in custom exhibit booths.
